A Dream Machine is the name given to any device, usually built using re-discovered knowledge from the Last Cycle, that is believed to be able to change reality. They all seem to have a few things in common, one of which is that they seem to all be powered by soul energy. The second is that they need a entity to strap into the machine whose function is to envision the desired reality.

Known Dream Machines
These are the known Dream Machines, where they were found, and what became of them.
The Sign of One
At the Cathedral of Broken Dreams at Signpost in the Beastlands, a Signer stronghold, there was a dream machine. That is until Valiant and the Vile Hunt came and secreted it away to the Mines of Faunel. This machine, which was built based upon the writings of Fel, was, to the Azrai, the "original" Dream Machine.
The Vile Hunt
After Fel was kidnapped and used as a power source for the machine, it is believed that they used it to bring Ranais coterminous with the Beastlands. It was then moved to Ranais where it was destroyed along with the ancient city of Freeport.

Crux
Atticus showed up in the Proto dimension of Crux injured and covered in blood, with what appeared to be a working Dream Machine. He has stated that "All this one needs is a power source". It has remained in Crux ever since.
